Soldering/X-Box modding help

I'm modding a friends xbox with a solderless adaptor,and this one has been put together so the casing and motherboeard don't sit quite right on top of each other,so the solderless adaptor doesn't sit the chip above the right pins.

Anyone London based who could solder the chip on for me? I'll supply everything. Just can't solder.
