taking the plunge on a Sony HT-SS1000

can someone please confirm its good enough for the following:

Xbox 360 Games, Movies and HD-DVD 5.1

Bit late if it's not, you've already ordered it.

But yes it will do all that fine. All will be connected via optical except the GameCube, which will be connected using analogue and uses Pro Logic II to achieve surround sound (which the manual for that kit says it supports).
