Where to buy Playstation Points & How to access HK Store with a US PS3?

Where should (and could) I buy Playstation Points Cards for my US PS3? I didn't find any in eBay or VG+.

Also.

I wanted to go to the Hong Kong Store to get T5DR and tried to change my account info. The country was locked to USA. Am I doing something wrong or can I only use the US Store?

Tried 8 times using diff cards on the HK store and it has none of it.

You have to setup a new user on the PS3 to sign up for another PS Network account as a Hong Kong user.

What loophole is this? Getting access to the HK Store with a UK credit card? I've bought some stuff from the US store tonight but can't add any funds using the same card to my HK account

I'm using a UK Mastercard to add US$ in the US store and it's working fine.

I can't use my mastercard, which is with Virgin, but my better half's mastercard, with HSBC, works fine with the US store.

You can buy them for the US store as it asks you whether you want to use a cc or a points card when you go to complete a purchase, but this feature is absent from the HK and JP stores.
