Which is the best version of Street Fighter 3??

Guys,

I already have the Dreamcast version of Street Figher 3 but was considering buying the PS2 version as well seeing as it's on the budget Capkore label now on Play-Asia for just over ?10.

Is the PS2 version any better or should I just stick with DC version & put the money towards Garou or King of Fighters instead?

The PS2 version is said to be the best. The DC has timing and lag problems. The PS2 version is the closest gameplay to the arcade and has arrange and original soundtracks (DC only has arrange).

Imo it's also worth picking up The PS2 Vampire Darkstalkers collection which is the same price as 3rd strike.

Yeah, the PS2 one is meant to be the closest to the arcade. And if you want a stick (which you do) there are a lot more options on the PS2, as good as the official DC stick is.

Your not alone all my DC fighters rip my thumbs to shreds...no idea why they had to raise the D-pad like they did

I had been looking at getting the Darkstalkers collection as well actually so I will add that to the order then, I always liked the Darkstalkers games on the Saturn.
