a 45W voltage converter on a Jpn Dreamcast

this is just a power supply that you stick the dc into and plug it straight into a wall which converts the voltage

my Dreamcast was bought on ebay from a chap called 1ninja*com and this was supplied with it - after using him many times i doubt he will include an item that will effectively destroy my DC

recently sold one as a stop gap to a guy on the forums (johnboy1967) and to be honest i want to make sure it doesnt affect his Dreamcast in any way and since he is bigger than me a fist in the face wouldnt be nice

i've got 2 of these and i've used one in the past between stepdown converters and it worked fine, got a little warm but my session on the DC was fine

i have a chipped dreamcast i dont know if its usa or japan though (it is chipped)

on the underneath of the machine it says 27w

The power rating says 22 Watts underneath my Japanese Dreamcast and I use a 45 Watt stepdown.
