Please help me! I need two firmware files for a Linksys WRT54GS v5.1

Are there any users of this router here who can help me?

I've searched the net, forums, Linksys' FTP site, and even asked Linksys, but I'm getting no where fast trying to source two firmware files for a WRT54GS v5.1. Both were released last year, so are quite recent.

I'm having various stability issues with 1.51.0 and 1.50.9.

I'm in desperate need of v1.50.5 and v1.50.8 in English, I would prefer 1.50.5 as that's what my router shipped with.

Someone somewhere in the world must have the BIN files they can send me. Please can you help?

I now have 1.50.8, albeit the US version, but the only difference is the number of supported channels; they use 11 and Europe uses 13.

Now to find 1.50.5.

I had problems with 1.50.9 so am going to try the older firmware versions again, with a factory reset for a fresh start.

I didn't mind because I already had 1.50.9 and was still having problems with that one.

I finally heard back from Linksys after chasing them up three times and they said they don't keep old firmware and to try the latest one, with instruction on how to install them. Thanks!

I had some luck today though, someone has kindly sent me v1.50.5, 1.50.7 and 1.50.8. Now to see if one of them will fix my problems.
