      I just hit CTRL+K (Firefox shortcut for the search bar), type my search and hit return. If I need to localise the results I'd do it afterwards.

          Odd, my site hosted in the USA shows up as a UK site, still that's correct.

          Option 3 for me too.

            Sort of number 2 for me. My google.co.uk is my default search engine on firefox (and it defaults to UK searches).
