I'm in the process at the mo with yesasia.
My wii was DOA. You message yesasia through their web form. You have to be very specific about your situation (have to tell them you are using a stepdown or they'll just tell you that you have to use a stepdown and link to one etc). Once they can't think of any reason for the problem they'll contact Nintendo Japan (where I am now.)
If the fault is outside the first 15 days after delivery I'm not sure if they'll do the leg work for you.
I'm going to have to post my Wii back to Hong Kong, Cheapest/fastest I've found so far is 59£ for 4-8 day delivery (they say they'll refund some or all of the postage. Only expecting a 10$ voucher).

That'll be the last option. Pissing away money either way. Another three Wii games just shipped from YA. Took them almost a month to get them in stock. Couldn't cancel or change CC details.
Edit.
New reply. Going to talk to Nintendo Japan again. Happy happy, Joy Joy.Last edited by Bort; 01-02-2007, 13:15.

Just to finish this tread up if anyone comes searching.
The official UK power supply finally closed down all of YA's lines of query and they issued me a RMA.
Parcel Force International Standard(4-8 days, took 6 or 7) cost 53£ but I had it sent through someone that can get school rates. They have yet to get the bill for the month so I'm not sure how much if any money got knocked off the total.
New wii arrived and after a few issues at the start it's working perfectly.
I waited a week for some sign of compensation for the postage and none came so I had to get in contact with YA. The offered 70$ which I took. You could probably squeeze another 10$ or so out of them but 70$ is more than I expected.Last edited by Bort; 15-03-2007, 16:42.
