    US SNES2 /Mini/Junior RGB Mod

I recently bought a US SNES2, which I've finally got up and running after purchasing a new PSU from the States. It's an aweome little machine, but the composite output doesn't show it off as well as my Super Famicom with Gamecube RGB Scart.

What I'm after is someone who can RGB mod the system for me, for a reasonable price. I have already cut the tabs so it can play SFC games. It's not essential it can play PAL games, but that would be a bonus.

What sort of prices are we talking here? RGB mod is the priority, I can live without it being able to play PAL games, as I have converters and a couple PAL units.

I have the Gamebit tool, but I'm not too delicate with a soldering iron, so it's probably best I let someone else do the work for me.

    Thanks.

Chaoticjelly is your man. Think he only comes on here once a week or so might be best to pm him.

Thanks for the replies. Yod@ hasn't been modding for forumites for a while now unfortunately. I'll fire Chaoticjelly a PM, though. Cheers!

I'd recommend doing it yourself as it's not too tough, although I'm a fan of D.I.Y projects and will do it myself whereveer possible. There are a few decent guides out there, GamesX is pretty cool here: http://www.gamesx.com/rgbadd/snes2rgb.htm
          enjoy.

These mini snes machines are nice but even with the RGB mod the picture will never be as good as a US snes or super Famicom.

I've read a couple places now, where they say the RGB on a modded Mini is superior to that of any other version of the SNES? I can't remember where I read it now, was on a guide or two I read.

Cheers for the link, Escape, but chaoticjelly is going to be undertaking the mod. I think it will be in far safer hands than mine.

Yod@ did my Super Famicom Jr and he did a cracking job on it.
