I've installed 2 games so far, RR7 and Genji 2. There is a folder called installation data, I take it this is where the installation writes to? Is it safe to delete these files if I sell the games on? I get some kind of "game will not be playable if deleted" message if I try to delete.

if you sell a game on, why would you need the hdd cache for it any more?
its safe to delete them probably, because you could just reinstall it from the disc
