Not the most advanced setup in the world: I have my consoles set-up in the conservatory so I don't have to disturb the other half whilst she's watching TV!

Here's the only 'before' shot I can find; the SNES is just out of shot in the bottom right of the picture (under the wooden top):

    And this is it now:

And I also backlit the console sections so I can have them illuminated if I'm playing into the night, but also make's a nice feature when we have friends over etc.

The pads/carts I keep in a drawer out of site to minimise clutter. The TV is a Sony 32", the unit and lighting are from Ikea, the Scarts are on a Scart switch so no fiddling with wires. I also got some white hardboard from a local timber merchants so I could back the Ikea unit and keep the wires hidden.

Nowt ott, just nice and simple for me! I like simple, I made my Mac desk from scratch too. Show's my OCD and right angle tendencies off

You should get some 60hz switches.

        And maintain aspect ratio 0_o

        Looking neat tho.

The borders threw me more than the aspect ratio. I'm extremely anal about aspect ratio so this is shocking to me. D:

Redecorated the living room back in January after the whole "seperation" thing. Much simpler set-up and with all cables hidden just the way I like it.

Still the same equipment with the PS2 (which she took) swapped for my GameCube.

A hard decision to make, the GC just pips it for me.

Mr Cluckcluck (the chicken) guards my consoles & TV!

Struggling to make my retro/office room not look crap, I'll post some photos later if anyone is up for giving some suggestions.

Do those legs have a face to go with them?

Lol. I see you play BlazBlue too. I've also heard Aquos are pretty responsive in terms of lag.. Agree?

Based on my own Aquos TV I would agree. Previously I've played fighting games on a Panasonic Viera and one of the newer LG models (which was a devil incarnate), and found the Aquos to have the least imput lag by quite a bit.

Thank you for the compliments on my legs and dress, haha.

You have no idea how tempted I was to just draw a face on my knee and just post that! I'll post a picture in the what do you look like thread when I get my hair re-dyed next month - no one needs to be subjected to my interesting array of brown tones, haha.

                                Dannys corner

This is the majority of my stuff, however most of my DS stuff is scattered around my bed. The ps3/360 stuff is on the top most shelf which one cant see that well in this pic. I have a seperate tv which the hd stuff is connected to, I would take a pic, but its not very interesting. Enjoy
