It's a bit of a mess at the moment, and I'm trying to find somehow to stor the Xbox in the cabinet with the rest, but it's not going to happen ... I've already got the MD2/MCD2/32X in a box.

Oh, and I must sort out the bookshelves!

Hey, I was originally feeding the GameCube input through the aerial thingy on the back. RF adaptors do not lends themselves towards high-quality graphics.

The SCART box is a step up for me. Plus I have a PS2 as well. So saves fiddling.

Crispin, I think the point he is trying to make is that RGB will be fed thru a SCART cable, which'll mean you'll have the same convenience you've got at the moment, being able to easily switch between different consoles and all that, but also enjoy a better, crisper, sharper picture.

You wouldn't buy a top notch graphics card but run all your games on super low settings, so why not do the consoles justice and have them looking as good as they can.

This all assumes you're TV can support RGB - >if it was bought in the last few years, then chances are it can unless there is something wrong with it.

Actually it's given me a fair bit of trouble over the years. It works great mostly, but some stuff, such as the MVS supergun I had a year ago, just wouldn't work properly. I guess it has something to do with the fact that it's an early 100 Hz TV (doesn't have any Panasonic-like problems with movement, mind you). Works great with everything I've got now, and it supports all sorts of NTSC so I'm not buying a new TV until there's HDTV at affordable prices

Took some new pics but I'm not going to force them upon you this time
