Darran that's a lovely looking telly mate. What sort of quality are the images with T.V as the games look nice and bright. Shame there's only room for 6 AV/consoles. Did you get it from Empire?
*EDIT
Just been over to AV forums and saw you got it from Dixons, hope it's sorted Saturday mate 8)Last edited by Mad Gear; 03-10-2005, 18:55.

Yeah It is the 26 inch version. I payed ?823 for It from homecinematv but you can get it slightly cheaper. As for comparisions well i had the samsung le26r41b before this (there is probably still a picture I posted of it earlier in this thread) and can honestly say the Sony has a better panel and your not just paying for the name. The response time on these is 8ms and it shows with no bluring or trailing what so ever, where with the samsung i did notice slight blurring on faster camera pans and a tiny bit of trailing on blacks the odd times. Also the sony has a manual backlight adjustment which was a huge plus for me as I can`t stand backlight sensors as they lower the backlight to much in the evening imo. Plus I find the sony overall a little brighter compared to the samsung. I will say one thing and that is the samsung has a better VGA input as you can select all kind of resolutions upto 1360x768, where with the sony I could only get a max 1280x768. But seeing that the backlight has to be on max for vga on the samsung I found it pretty useless in the evening as It blinded me. Is it worth the extra over the samsung? Well I thought it was but then not everyone is as fussy as me
