Mod chip availablity for a pal dc?

I cant seem to find a mod chip for a pal dreamcast does anyonw know of a uk seller?

and no i dont want to use a boot disc as they are really tedious

any ideas?

Its a pretty simple 4-wire mod, but some imports don't boot up in 60hz unless you use a boot disc like DCX. So maybe buy both!?
