Can someone please answer this , if i buy a HD DVD drive in the UK what region is it, if i link it to my US 360 is it a US DVD drive, or is it still region locked to UK HD DVD,s.

HD-DVDs don't have region locking.
The DVD player will take on the region of your xbox 360.

So I don't have to start another thread, I have my 360 hooked to my Sony KF-42SX300U via the VGA socket set to a resolution of 1024*768, would I get any benefit from one of these drives?Comment
