VG+ and dhl shipping

Does anybody know how much for a single Wii or Ps3 game VG+ charge to upgrade to dhl shipping from standard shipping.

Sure they charged me an extra eight or nine pounds to upgrade a single DS game to DHL last year.

I asked about it when Gears came out, I believe the cost was $29.99 CAD. Tronix do Fedex for $13 I think.

I always use tronix, but didnt pre order sonic, but now want it on the Wii, but tronix have closed order links at the present due to illness, which is a shame because i have VF3 shipping with fedex today and could have stuck it with it.
