That's just the stuff I own personally there, not a full list of everything that got releases btw 
I know about the BK wall scroll, not found one at a reasonable price to get that (Toys R Us were discounting their pack massively for $10 that it was hard not to rebuy that to get the CD). In general I'm not fussed about the freebies you could get from certain shops, just what got packaged with the game itself if you bought it anywhere. Except for cases such as the Gamestop RE4 edition.
