Anyone know what the difference between the as yet unreleased Metal Slug on GBA and Metal Slug Advance is?

Metal slug advance is a stand alone game for gba, Metal Slung is a port of the first neo-geo game

Indeed, smart. Been waiting forever for metal slug 1 on the gba. Is it getting a japanese release? I cant find anything that says it is, but thats strange if correct? Anyone?

Seems like the japanese version has been canceled oO (okay, the GBA is dead in japan, but you could play it on a DS..).
They also canceled the 3 sequels (2,X,3), which were planned at some point.
Afaik it's coming to the US and EU at the end of march and if they've really done the unbelievable thing and gotten the port right, than it may very well be one of the last killer apps for GBA.

But why are you soo after the JP version? You can read english, can't you?

Because i collect japanese gba games and the 'big box' uk/us would look wrong. Although id buy it if i have no choice.

Gash. The uk version of MS1 has now vanished from the release lists and even the US version is now 'TBA' i doubt we'll ever see this now. Fiddlesticks.
