There's a similar program for the Mac called Monolingual that does much the same but gives you more control over which languages you remove.
Good for freeing up some space on laptops.

Works with OS 10.3 (Panther) and 10.4 (Tiger).

Did it on my powerbook this morning, saved 2.3gb. Not to bad.

I could pick to dump any of the languages though.

Nice find, though I'll go with Monolingual since im on 10.4

Be careful with Monolingual's ability to remove the unused architecture from Universal apps (meaning if you're on an Intel Mac it'll remove the PowerPC architecture). I ran it a while back without thinking and a number of online apps stopped working because the checksum was different. Notably World of Warcraft, which required me to redownload over a gig of patches to get it back online.

          Mac, not MAC
