Xbox to PS2 controller adapter

Reminded by another thread, is there such a thing as a lag free adapter so i can use PS2 pads on my Xbox? I have a couple of adapters i got off t' bay but there seems to be some lag involved when inputting commands Anyone know of any adapters where there is zero-to very minimal lag, and where they can be bought?

I don't know about lag, but I got Magic box for my XBOX and it work very well. (From play-asia.com)

I've tried a few -most lag noticeably, but Magicbox adapters are great.

No lag I can notice at all.
