    360 chip

I've a friend who wants to stop using his brothers PAL 360 and buy a chipped one of his own. Ghost2fitter sell pre-modded PAL ones which he is considering buying but I'm curious as to how they work. I've never needed one obviously, as I have an NTSC-J console myself, but as I think he's serious about buying in the next couple of days, I was wondering if anyone had any more info on it such as how it works (like a PS2 chip, for example?).

If i am talking about the same thing, its a flash of the firmware, that allows you to play copies, and thats it.

    Doesn't overide the region locking.

(how many r's in override? Neither looks right )
