TV aerial/mains power question

Hi People,

I am changing my front room around and would like to know if:
I run my TV aerial cable along the skirting WITH a mains power cord for a surge protector will the mains lead disrupt my picture quality?

I will be using a sheilded Aerial cable but does the fact the aerial cable will be touching the power cord make it a bad idea?
