Lego Star Wars II - Quickest way to get a ghost?

I've gone back to this after a few months, and quite fancy getting the undefeated achievements. Apparently a ghost character is the easiest way to do them, but how do I get one?

I've got about 123,000 and I think Obi Wan is 1,000,000! How can I best rack up the credits to buy him?

Yeah Obi Wan ghost FTW, although that doesn't help you in the vehicles. Good luck in those chapters...

Buy the x2 score multiplier and replay one of the more lucrative levels in Free Play mode with it equipped. You can earn about 400K each time on some of them if you access all the Bounty Hunter and Dark Force areas.

Thanks for the gamefaqs link mate. I checked that earlier but all it really does it unlocks them for purchase, which still means I need to raise a million credits from nowhere.

2x multiplyers - is that like the Super Lightsabers etc? Sounds like it could be the way to go.
