Usually tracking sites say out for delivery when they are on their way to you.

Well in the case mentioned above, they let you have it for free as it was 2 months over the warranty period. On the phone to me, they actually said they do now repair up to 14 months after purchase rather than 12.
Anyway, mine has pretty much packed up again unfortunately. Any further suggestions on what I can do?Comment
