Guilty Gear PS2... Best version?

Playing Hokuto No Ken has made me realise i need my Guilty Gear fix. I have X2 Reload on Xbox but want the best Guilty Gear game out there... is X2 Slash better than Reload? PS2 the best version of Reload, better than Xbox?
Basically which is the definitive home Guilty Gear experience?

I have Midnight Carnival for the PS2 & I think thats a fine game, dont think I need any of the others now that I have Fist as well.
