CD / DVD writer software

I need a DVD and CD writing software for my PC.

I use windows Vista 64 for my os.

Nero 7 doesn't work well for me and it become too much bloatware with all the media crap.

Can anyone recommend something leaner and more reliable and quicker ideally.

Nero is all I've personally used for the last 5 years... never came across anything I preferred instead. As for Nero 7 being bloated, yes it is if you just opt for a regular install. If you do a custom install during setup, you don't have to install any of that extra media-related software, thus achieving the lean install you require.
