I dont really want to go over £1000. Around £800 would be nice and 32" or above if possible.

I notice it says it does not have 1080HD, HDCP enabled and an DVI connection is this bad? I hear these kinda things all the time lol

The Samsungs are great, especially for gaming.
I wouldn't pay much attention to Comets specs. but they are correct as it doesn't natively support 1080hd. But at £800 it wouldn't.

These new PX70 Panasonic Veira plasmas are getting good feedback over on the AVforums. Especially after some of the batches of the previous model Px60/600 were a little messed up with certain movies.

The black levels on this and other Plasmas kick the **** out of any LCD making it great for games or movies. Its £999 for a 37" from Comet with the pedastal although I've just ordered mine for £784 delivered from Gultronics mail order (God, plasmas have come down in price since last year!)

Check this out. Lovely TV and I think a lot of other people on here use them too! I have a 32WLT66, which the one I linked to has now replaced.

If you need connectivity - it's got it: 3 HDMI connections, component, 2 x RGB scart sockets, component, s-video, and a PC connection as well! Standard def looks really nice on these as well, so don't worry if you don't have Sky-HD yet.

        Happy shopping dude!

The WLT66 should only have 2 hdmi ports (well my 37" only has two).

You're looking at a minimum size of 42" if you're looking for 1080p (or grab a smaller sized pc monitor which would probably lack the hdmi ports altogether)

edit: ignore me, that's the 68 you've linked to.

Agree the 32WLT68 is superb, i've been using one since before Xmas. I spent ages researching and ended up deciding between the Tosh and the Samsung LE32R74BDX, in the end the Tosh won over because despite them both being excellent displaying HD pictures, i found the Tosh far better at displaying SD pictures.

Incidentally i think the Tosh only has 1 RGB SCART socket, but i'll check tonight. I hope it has 2 so i can stop using my switch box, but i have a feeling it has 1 RGB scart and 1 normal SCART.

1 is RGB enabled, the other supports S-Video. (they can only be wired up either/or)
