black and white picture on Q with tosh tv

Got my panasonic Q connected to my Toshiba 32wlt66 via s-video so i can watch some dvds but all i get is a b/w picture.

Ive gone into the settings and set it as a ntsc 3.58 , ntsc 4.43 and still no colour.


Any ideas?

S-Video is the best connection you can get from the Q for dvd's,so you should be fine with the lead you have.

Are you direct into the tv into an S-Vid socket,or into a scart socket,as maybe the scart socket you are into can't take an S-Vid signal?
