Stick for a 360?

With all these lovely 2D 360 XBLA titles out and in the pipeline, what are my options if I want a stick (or even a decent digital pad) so I'm not stuck using that awful d-pad?

I see there was a Hori DOA stick, but play-asia are sold out Anyone know where I can get one or if there is another alternative?
