Q's about the advanced scart cable for xbox that allows 5.1

Q3 Is this the right name for the cable my mate suggested i get this one but i haven't been able to find anything on it?

Q2 What is a good price for the cable?

Q3 Do i need any other cables such as phone to phono leads or does the cable connect through optical out to my reciever?

HMV had them in a 2 for ?30 sale (you could make your other item a large controller, Quantum Redshift, PGR or whatever) a while back, if you're lucky you might be able to still get them at that price.
