a wii VC question and a psp charger question

i dont have broadband so was wondering is there anyway i can get VC games other ways ?

also is there such a thing as a solar charger for the psp (ok i understand it would probably take ages to charge a psp but i was thinking on long journeys any extra charging would help)

Sure - you could share your dial-up connection from your PC to the Wii. Best thing to do would be to get the Wii USB ethernet adaptor & look up "Internet Connection Sharing" for Windows.
