multile profiles on xbox live

Hey everyone,

Is it possible to have more than one profile/gamertag share one xbox 360 Live gold membership?

I have a gold membership for my profile but my wife wants her own profile. We dont want to (and shouldn`t have to!) pay twice.

Any help appreciated

Sorry - not possible to share a gold membership.

Your wife can have her own profile with a free silver membership on the same console though.

If you bought a premium 360 it comes with 3 free month-long trials for any new Live profiles. At least it does on mine.

Well, if she's not fussed about having the same gamertag, she can just sign up for another free month with a new one. Then rinse and repeat...
