Outrun 2 SP JPN PS2 options help

Can somebody list them for me please? The ones in the top most selection.. I've worked out that the top one is screen adjust, I think the one underneath that is 4:3/16:9. KMH/MPH is pretty obvious, and one is to do with the default view. I can't seem to work out the others so I'd appreciate any help.

Lastly upon booting it up there are two choices. I always pick the top default one. What is it I'm actually picking?

    Thanx.

After boot, the first prompt is I think the screen mode. Top is normal 480i, bottom is 480p.

As for the options menu, this goes...

    Settings
    Control
    Sound
    Load/Save

    Settings Menu:
    Screen Position
    Screen Size (Normal/Wide Screen)
    Camera (Bumper/Cockpit/Back)
    Meter Display (KPH/MPH)
    Time Setting (Very Easy/Easy/Normal/Hard/Very Hard)
    Ghost Car Display (On/Off)

    Control Menu:
Configuration (Type A-K, should is the same as the PAL/US releases)
    Handling/Sensitivity
    Vibration Strength

    Sound Menu:
    SE Volume
    BGM Volume

    Load/Save Menu:
    Auto Save (On/Off)
    Load
    Save

    Hopefully this covers it all

L and R are to shift gear mate. You drop down a gear and then back up again quickly to break out a drift.

Same as Ridge Racer. Let go of the gas, then apply again.
