I use HDMI for my PS3 but use one of these types of dooberrys to transfer the audio to my amp via phono:
This means I have the scart connector and about 2 meters of cable behind my AV set up which does nothing. I'm not quite sure about the wiring used but does anybody know that if I cut the rest of the cable off if it would still work or not?
