I've search but can't seem to find a post someone put up about dealing with MS.I bought a 360 from shopto last November but the dvd drive busted after 5 days,so I call shopto and they told me to ring MS.I sent the machine off but was send back a console made in 2005 which I've used for about 20 hours on and off and then packed up a week ago.I rang MS and told them they had replaced my console with a second hand faulty one, they said they would collect it but I asked to speak to a manager. He gave me a load of crap when I said I didn't want to take another second hand console which would only break and I'd have to pay to get fixed when the warranty runs out.He then asked me why I hadn't taken out the extened warranty which just pissed me off even more.I now have a reference number for the phone call and have to contact them in writing. Can anybody help with some advice as to the best way to deal with them because in 25 years of gaming I've never had anything like this? Thanks alot.

No use now, but you should have pressured shopto to replace the console. MS pretty much always give you a crappy 2nd-hand console as a return. Keep reminding them of your consumer rights, and they'll cave to free posting and pick up at least... and rightly so for constantly shipping such a **** heap of electronics.
