    Ps3/bravia hdmi connection problem

    Very pleased with my first widescreen tv (Sony Bravia) - but I can't connect it to my PS3 with the Linx HDMI cable I bought - no picture or sound. The Wii looks fine through Component and I can connect the PS3 via Scart.

    Is there anything I can try or do I just have a malfunctioning cable?

    You have turned on HDMi in the XMB right?

      It's working now thanks - switched the PS3 off at the back; when I turned it on again it detected the hdmi cable.
