    Getting refund from shopto.net

I recently ordered Forza 2 from both shopto and gamestation online. now, the shopto price is ?37.99 and the gamestation one ?29.99. My question is, if my shopto order arrives before the gamestation one, can I legitimately play the shopto copy and then get a refund for the shopto order but with the unopened, sealed gamestation copy sent back instead.

Would shopto know that the copy I sent back to them was in fact from gamestation? I know its a bit sneaky, but they would still be getting a saleable, new copy of the game. No biggy to them I would guess.

    Thanks in advance.

Here is your misjudgement. In my experience, gamestation remove the seal on their games, even on mail order.

It is possible - though unlikely - that shopto may have taken note of any individual serial numbers or marked it with an invisible pen. Someone can verify the likelyhood/possibility of that, but if gamestation still send unsealed copies out, the point is moot.
