Pocket Fighter - Saturn - 4meg RAM?

Partly wrote this because I'm bored, but does anyone know the actual difference the 4m RAM makes to the Saturn port of Pocket Fighter?

I've played it pretty extensively this evening both with and without the cart and can see very little difference, as someone who can usually spot an extra animation frame from 30 paces I couldn't spot any enhancement at all in this particular scrapper.

Anyone know what difference it actually makes, as loading times etc. all seem about the same?

I thought it was 1m RAM compatible only. Makes for full animation and faster loading if I remember right.

according to the options menu in-game it is 4meg supported.
I also presumed it had faster loading and full animation, but can anyone confirm this as can't tell any difference?
