Exporting cookies etc from old to new pc

Trying to find an option to export all my cookies/favourites etc from my old pc to new one - I am using IE7

I forgot just how much of a ballache it is to transfer all the info and apps you grow used to having instantly when switching pcs

any help appreciated

Isn't it a case of just copying the folders from your 'My documents' folder?

Firefox and Google browser sync is really the way forward anyway
