I've heard a lot of varying things about them - some say they take a month to deliver stuff, don't deliver stuff at all, or deliver it within 5-7 days. I'd like to know what your experience was with them, if you have used them.

If they have the item in stock, they're fine. If they don't, you could be waiting months with no contact or update whatsoever. I'd only use them if I was desperate. -
Toythatkills has summed it up really. I used to them them for Xbox/PS2 stuff. On pre-orders, I could get it the day before the streetdate, but if you wanted some thing old & a bit off the radar... I had an order that I cancled after a 7 month wait.Comment

Indeed - I haven't used them for years because of their poor customer service, although when I did use them they were quite handy for avoiding imperial entanglements. I don't know if that's the case anymore.Comment

Took them a month to send me a strategy guide I'd ordered, not used since and will probably not do so again unless they stick stupidly low price tags on everything.
I'd recommend against using them until such a time.Comment
