Anywhere reliable that does Wii repairs?

My Japanese Wii has stopped reading discs (neither Wii games or GC games are being recognized) and I was hoping there might be somewhere that someone knows of that would be able to repair it for less than the cost of sending it back to Play-Asia. Failing that, if someone knows how I can send it back to P-A for less than ?60-70 or so, that would be great.
