recent xbox 360's - 3 red lights

Just wondering if recently manufactured 360's are less prone to the 3 red lights ie GPU/CPU heating probs.

the most recent should have an extra heat sink over GPU - so yes

but if you wait until later in the year MS will be switching to 65nm Power PC core so heat should be reduced further. - Best

Not sure I have had mine since April but I think it was made some time before then.. I've played it quite extensively on CoD3 and its held up fine apart from the odd freezing (probably due to shoddy American programming on the part of CoD3)
