PS2 Guns + 100Hz

According to www.lik-sang.com both the Sharp Shooter 2 (Joytech) and the Scorpion 3 (blaze) guns work with 100Hz tvs, although the latter seems to have had a few problems with a couple of models.

I am planning to pick up a couple of these to use on my TV which can be set in either 100Hz or 50Hz mode. Really I want to pick up one of these so that I do not have to change the mode of my TV everytime I play a light gun game.

Can anyone verify the quality of these guns for me? If they are particuarly poor I will go with the g-con 2 instead and change my TV everytime I want to play.

Has anyone got either of these guns?

I hope your not suggesting pal60/ntsc sourced images get scanned 120 times on a 100hz tv
