Recommend Me a <?100 MP3 Player

Looking to buy an MP3 player for my missus, she had an Ipod but it died and i've advised her not to bother with another. My knowledge on MP3 players is pretty limited, but i have an Archos Gmini and the thing i like about it is you can just drag and drop music files across to it without any fuss (particularly those ripped from my CD collection).
My girlfriend is ideally looking for a player which does the same, doesn't force you to use their own software (I Tunes, Sony Connect etc - she was looking at the Sony NWA1200 8gb player, but it doesn't allow you to just drag and drop MP3s to it, forces it's software upon you), and being a girl,it needs to be pink or purple or somesuch hideous colour

I honestly can't fault my iPod nano, its under a &#163;100 and has worked perfectly for me since I got it. I have it with me every day for work too

I recommend a iriver 4GB Clix (second gen). I've had one for several weeks now, love it. Made my own Katamari theme for it

I know what you said bout Sony's, but there's gotta be a way round using the Sony software, surely?

Wow, cheers Swallow... that's a great price. Sorely tempted now, cos that is the one she wants. It's just the whole issue of not being able to drag and drop music. Does anyone know if she'd be able to put any music she has on there, stuff she's ripped from her cds and other 'acquired' tunes? Or will it recquire check for licenses etc?
