I've just had a new one off the interweb and the damn thing doesn't work properly. When I press forward on the left stick it doesn't "move" at full speed - it's like I'm only pressing the stick half way.
Is there a calibration thing on the 360? If this simple function doesn't exist I assume my only course of action is to return the fulking pad to whence it came.
