    Macbook not accepting discs...

Went to put a DVD into my Macbook's Superdrive last night and it won't take the disc in, just sits 95% of the way in and won't suck it in.

Anyone know what could be wrong?

I've tried to eject the DVD drive using the Terminal, and holding down the mouse at start up.

And as far as i know there isn't a disc in there anyway.

Any help would be great, thanks!

Might be worth taking the battery out for a while to do a hardware reset (unless there is another method!)

Have a look under the help menu in Finder. Search for startup key combinations.
It'll likely be in the the support articles list in the results. Try resetting the NVRAM. Will knock your clock out of sync until you are back online.

BTW which model of Superdrive does your MacBook have?
