Castlevania SotN help?

OK, so managed to snag a share of this off the PSN and I'm absolutely loving it, but two thigs are bugging me.

I remembered at least one room I don't have yet and checking my 99.5% save against a map I found, it shows 2 rooms that don't seem to be there.

I've circled them, so can anyone tell me how to get them?

Also, before fighting Richter, what is the highest percentage you can have?

It doesn't exist

Still, I've got the 200.6% now and am just levelling up everything and collecting all items.

Is it a case of jumping through the wall? or smashing it?

Is it one of those ones where you need to have the fairy or demon or something equipped?
I think I vaguely remember one of those being a pain to find

The one that did me was in the second room in the game. You have to break through the rock both sides and while behind the rock keep transforming into the olf and the bat and eventually the wall will disappear. I was stuck on 200.5% for ages and forgot that to get the last 0.1% you have to use the library card while in the room that you fight Shaft & Dracula.
