    Dell Inspiron desktop

I'm looking to upgrade my creaking hulk of a system with something a little more up to date. It doesn't need to be a gaming ninja system. The only PC game that I'm really interested in playing right now is Company of Heroes as I loved Dawn of War. One thing I do want is for it to not be noisy. My current rig manages to make my 360 seem quiet...

So I've been looking at Dells as a friend of mine has one and it's nice and quiet. I've customised an Inspiron 530 with the following specs and was wondering if there's anything obviously amiss?

Intel? Viiv? Core? 2 Duo E6600 Processor (2.4GHz,1066MHz,4MB cache)
Genuine Windows Vista? Home Premium - English
    Dell? 22" Black Wide Flat Panel (E228WFP) - UK/Irish
    2048MB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM [2x1024]
320GB (7200rpm) Serial ATA/100 Hard Drive with 16MB DataBurst? cache
256 MB ATI? Radeon? X1300 PCI Express graphics card
    16x DVD +/- RW Drive

It seems like a nice PC, but the graphics card will struggle with newer titles.
You can get much more powerful silent cards than that, though I don't know if Dell will supply them. You could go for the cheapest video card available and just upgrade it yourself, as it's a very easy step to take.
Or just build it yourself from scratch... not hard to do either.
