Is there any way to patch 360 Oblivion using a CD?

I have no net connection at home, and I'm experiencing one or two bugs in the game. Is there any way to download the patch and run it from CD?

Theres the dash/backwards compatibilty update downloadable from xbox.com - but I don't think it includes current gen game updates.
Your best bet is to pop round to a friends with live, hook up your HD and box to their connection, open a free silver account and pop in the game.
