    Wii and SD cards...

    Hey guys,

I recently got an NTSC and picked up a 2GB SanDisk (genuine, not fake - play.com) SD card. For some reason, my Wii tells me it can't be used. I always thought that any authentic SD cards up to 2GB would work? I guess this isn't the case.

Can anyone recommend any 2GB SD cards that might work?

Also...is there a way for me to buy Wii Shop points with my credit card even though I'm based in the UK? I once read (can't remember properly) that if you set your country to Brazil, that it's possible.

    Thanks.

I had a faulty 2Gb sandisk SD the replacement worked fine. It couldn't be used in a card reader either. Check if it can be formatted in a PC or camera. If it can it should work in your Wii.

Was it a Belkin card reader by any chance?

Thanks for the responses guys It turns out that I had to format it to FAT. FAT32 wouldn't work.
